TICKET POLICIES

A $3.00 ticket-handling fee per order will be applied to cover seat selection and ticket processing expenses for Jordan Hall <%--and Pickman Hall --%>concerts. Ticket handling fees apply to phone, online, mailed, and faxed orders <%--and will be waived for subscribers--%>.

Tickets for Jordan Hall concerts purchased within one week of the concert will be held at the door. All other tickets will be mailed. All student tickets will be held at the door; a valid student ID must be presented upon pickup. If you purchased tickets to a Club Concert, your name will be added to the guest list at the door; there are no printed tickets for these concerts.

Please specify any special needs or seating requests. We will try to honor all requests, but seating will be done in the order the requests have been received.

Ticket orders can be placed online and by phone up to 48 hours prior to an event. After that time you can only purchase tickets at the door.

Tickets can be purchased at the Jordan Hall Box Office three weeks before each performance. There is no handling fee when purchasing at the door, however JHBO will only have limited tickets available. Tickets can also be purchased at BosTix locations on the day of performances for a discounted rate (subject to availability).

Discount ticket offers cannot be combined.

There are no refunds on tickets. Only subscribers can exchange tickets (please contact BMOP for more information). All unused tickets can be donated back to BMOP for resale.
